This is a giant arena located in the outskirts of Kumogakure no Sato. Here is where nin would come to either spar, settle arguements, or solo train. The area contains a lake as well as a few other terrain that had been imported for the sake of scenario training. The area is big enough for many nin to be training at once and still not be bothered by others. This is the only part of the village nin are allowed to use destructive jutsu without reprocussions, unless a death occurs.

This is the local village's club, where those that are old enough are allowed to come and relax, to blow off some stress. Outside the club is a sign that reads: Age 18 and older. Those who tresspass will be detained and thrown into prison.
